Our private gym is fully equipped with:
- Multi-functional trainer/Smith machine with 90kg weight stack
- Spin bike
- Kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, other free weights
- Resistance bands

If you need a quick workout, book a 30 minute session. For longer workouts, you can book multiple 30-minute slots to suit your needs.

Freshen up at the Viva Vista Shopping Centre's toilets after your workout, but do note that there are currently no showering facilities in this premises.
Our private gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you would like to book the private gym outside of Viva Vista Shopping Centre's opening hours (10am to 10pm), you can easily access the ArrowFit private gym via the lift lobby behind the security post at the carpark area.
